Adrienne Apple, MS
Registered Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern
I completed my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Lynn University and earned my Bachelor’s in Communication Studies and Global Health from Rollins College. I have first-hand experience working with co-occurring psychiatric and substance abuse disorders primarily within in-patient treatment centers.
I believe in an integrative, dynamic, and holistic therapeutic approach. I utilize a variety of techniques and skills drawn from therapeutic modalities such as Person-Centered, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and psychoeducation. I aim to work collaboratively with my patients and believe that they are the experts on themselves. My assessment and treatment plans are comprehensive, individualized, and developed collaboratively in an effort to treat my patients as effectively as possible.
